Q: I've just ordered sheet music (or MP3s), how do I download them?

A: As soon as your order is complete an email is sent to the email address on file. This email includes a link to download your ordered products. If you did not receive the email please check your spam/junk mail folder to see if it went there. If you still cannot find it, use this link to access your downloads: http://carltonforrester.com/shop_downloads.aspx.
Q: I created an account (or placed an order) on your old website (eradona.com) and now I can't log in (or access my order)?

A: If you placed an order on eradona.com between May 7 and May 17, 2010, your account was not moved to the new website -- you will need to create a new one on carltonforrester.com. You can access your old order by visiting the old site at http://old.eradona.com.
Q: I see you accept payments through Paypal. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

A: You don't need a PayPal account to make payments via PayPal. When checking out, at the paypal login screen, look on the left side for the link under "Don't have a PayPal account?" section (see below). Click this link to pay via credit card.
